Happy Mother's Day!

Sunday is Mother's Day in the US. Most of the efforts, sacrifices, and expressions of love our mothers have given us will not be the lead story on the news. Their recognition will be more personal. But what matter is not the scope of the appreciation but its genuineness.

On this special day, may we thank God for the mothers who have molded our hearts. As we honor them, we fulfill the truth of Proverbs 31:28, "Her children rise up and call her blessed: her husband also, and he praises her."
Bill Crowder from Our Daily Bread

Someone sent me the above. I enjoyed the sentiment expressed,
so I dissected it, copied, and pasted.

Happy mother's day to all of you who read this. We have one of the hardest jobs in the world, but also one of the most blessed!

Nothing touches a child like a mother's heart.

Thanks Joan. That's surely true, all those comments! Neither of us would take a million dollars for all those experiences, would we? Just wish I could see mine more than I do, buuutttt.....

Have a Happy Mother's Day however you will spend it. I'm going to Melinda's.

Hi Joan,

Happy Mother's Day!! We are going to write up a contract for Andrew and laying down the ground rules again! I think that is going to help. Thanks for your prayers and thoughts they are so appreciated! I know that he is not into drugs, thank you for caring enough to ask. We are going to talk to him the first of next week and get things back on the right track.

God bless you,
Margie

Happy Mother's Day! Sorry, but I've been working on my certification as a "life coach." Tomorrow is my "examination" so I'll touch base with you this week! Thanks for being patient with me... I'm normally not this busy, but the certification has me on my toes...
